The rates below are our standard schedule. Charges may vary based on property category, deal size, and location — final commercials are confirmed in a written mandate before we begin work.
Sale transactions
- Commercial, industrial & residential
- 2% from Seller · 1% from Buyer
- Land
- 2% from Seller · 2% from Buyer
Rental / lease transactions
- Lease term 0 – 3 years
- 1 month's rent from Owner · 1 month's rent from Tenant
- Lease term 5 years and above
- 2 months' rent from Owner · 1 month's rent from Tenant
- Lease term 20 years and above
- 3 months' rent from Owner · 1 month's rent from Tenant
Joint development transactions
- Developer & landowner
- 2% from Developer · 2% from Landowner — on respective share of built-up area
Property management services
- Ongoing management retainer
- 6% of the annual rental value
General terms
- All charges are exclusive of applicable GST.
- Fees are payable on confirmation of the transaction / signing of the agreement.
- Charges may vary based on property category, deal size, and location — final terms confirmed in the mandate.
